To qualify for the prompt pay discount:

1. No discounts are allowed if any outstanding invoices are more than 30 days old.
2. Remittance for invoices dated the 1^st thru the 15^th must be postmarked on or before the 28^th, and invoices dated the 16^th thru the 31^st must be postmarked on or before the 13^th of the following month.
