Phoenix Data, Inc., centrally located in North Central Pennsylvania, was established in 1984 as an independent custom forms manufacturer. We started primarily producing continuous forms and have diversified over the years and are able to produce: continuous, laser cut sheets, unit sets, label/form combinations and integrated forms, saddle stitched booklets, padded forms and folded forms.
